OUR MISSION

To empower individuals and communities
through accessible self-development and wellness programs that foster personal growth, well-being, and resilience.

We know there’s a better way to do this work

So let’s figure out what it looks like, together

After years of working, participating in, and facilitating personal development work, we knew for sure:

  1. All too often, the people who need it most aren’t in the room.

  2. We saw world-class facilitators struggling to keep their life-changing work alive. They were burning out trying to do everything required to run a successful business by facilitating group work, and still winding up without enough money to make ends meet.

  3. For participants, many knew that the amount of time and money it takes to do this work just wasn’t a realistic fit in their lives. So they couldn’t even get started, much less make meaningful change.

In other words, we saw a lot of problems. And so we created Meet Your Magic; because we believe in a world that works for everyone.

We manage the business side of this work. We support facilitators in creating sustainable business models, building new offerings and branding/positioning their work. We also handle logistics, payments, and communications for their retreats and workshops. This frees up the space for our world-class facilitators and trained support teams to focus on their craft — and for our small groups of participants to be fully present in the experience.

What we’re here to do

We strive for excellence

This means seasoned facilitators, curriculums that create tangible results, and spaces that honor the work. We believe transformation deserves to be held with care at every level. No detail is too small.

We open doors

Life-changing tools should be accessible for everyone. We structure our model to keep participant costs fair, while ensuring facilitators are well paid and supported.

We foster connection

For most people, wounding happens in connection. So healing must also happen in connection. That’s why we support group work. By building trusting relationships with others, you also build one with yourself — and with life.

We go all the way through

We don’t create peak experiences; we create journeys that include integration. Because integration is the key to lasting success and real change.

“I can’t recommend this work enough. It’s truly changed my life.”

 FAQs

  • The short answer: Yes, one is amazing and can do a lot for you!

    The longer answer:

Self Mastery Trilogy is designed as a complete three-part journey, with each course leading into the next. That said, doing just the Basic course could jumpstart a complete reset of the way you’re operating within your life.

Sapience is a standalone body of work, and one that participants can attend over and over, since every experience is completely different.

These two bodies of work are very different, though extremely complimentary. We see many participants attend Sapience after completing SMT, and vice versa.
