Terms of Service

Welcome to Meet Your Magic Org (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are a California non-profit making life-changing tools accessible and sustainable — for everyone involved. By using our website, signing up for a course, or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Our Mission

To empower individuals and communities through accessible self-development and wellness programs that foster personal growth, well-being, and resilience.

What We Provide

We handle operations and run logistics for personal development organizations — including the Self Mastery Trilogy and Sapience — that are designed to support lasting change. The work we offer is both educational and experiential. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.

Who Can Participate

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to participate.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being during and after our programs.

Donations

Donations are non-refundable.

Whether a donation is tax-deductible depends on our federal 501(c)(3) status. We have filed and anticipate receiving our federal 501(c)(3) status. If you donate at this time, we can not guarantee you will receive a write off.

Course Participation

All of our courses require full participation. Arriving late or leaving early is not an option.

All of our corses have a mandatory integration process. Our programs are meant to continue into your real life — but you are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Our Materials

All course content, practices, visuals, and materials are the property of Meet Your Magic Org and/or the organizations we represent. You may use them for your personal growth but may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission.

Course Refunds

Our refund policy varies depending on the course your are taking.

For Sapience, visit: https://www.journeytosapience.com/refund-policy

For Self Mastery, visit: https://www.selfmasterytrilogy.com/refund-transfer-policy

Privacy & Communications

We only collect the information we need to serve you (such as your name, contact details, and payment information).

We do not sell personal data. By signing up for one of our courses, you agree we may contact you about courses, updates, community events, and donation opportunities. You may, of course, opt out at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We cannot promise specific results from our programs. Transformation is personal. Meet Your Magic Org and our facilitators are not responsible for decisions or outcomes resulting from your participation. Participation is voluntary, and you may leave any program at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted here with the “last updated” date.
